The design of the hotel is great. It's close to the autostrada Adriatica and the Santoni factory outlet. Good and friendly service. Sky tv, they even had a Dutch tv channel. Great views from the restaurant.

Nice and clean rooms. Free access to Relax area with sauna, whirlpools bath and perfumed showers. Good breakfast in a sunny room.
Impossible to control room temperature because air conditioning wasn't working.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Also, the location on a hill provided breathtaking views of the surrounding region. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

clean, close to the highway, modern structure, parking available, nice room.
staff still not very prepared maybe because the hotel opened 5 months ago ! Be sure the swimming pool is not booked for dinners if you want to make use of it.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a prime shopping area and with stunning panoramic views of the breathtaking surrounding hills. the facilities were impressive, particularly the wonderful pool area, and the spacious, modern rooms and comfortable beds were a delight. the breakfast selection was impressive with ample variety and delicious options for everyone.
Sadly, staffing levels were inadequate at times, which led to frustrating delays and a lack of attentive service.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a lovely surprise. the breakfast had a great variety of options including full English breakfast and it was served until 10:30 am, perfect for sleeping in. the location was strategic, close to exclusive outlets for shopping, and only 15 minutes away from the beautiful beach. the rooftop pool and large sundeck were wonderful for relaxing after a day of touring.
Parking was not ideal. the access ramp to the front entrance was very steep and there were only a handful of spaces in the garage.

The hotel staff was very good and helpful. The room was vey clean with a nice view of the countryside. It had a small swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage room. The breakfast selection was very good as well. I did not tried the restaurant, so I can't provide any comments. The hotel was located near to the sea, he city of Macerata, and outlets to go shopping plus free parking and Wi Fi.

Great facilities and clean rooms, good location for exploring the city. Loved the comfortable beds and the impressive waterfall shower-heads. Breakfast had a decent selection and the view from the breakfast area was lovely.
The customer service was not up to par. The receptionists were incredibly rude and unhelpful, even ignoring our presence.

This place is located on a hill with wide views of the beautiful surrounding. The service here is great and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and soundproof. The facilities, including the swimming pool and terrace, are perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including a full English breakfast.
Highly recommended for families.
